A leading Branded FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This is a broad role and will require someone with 2-3 years experience working for a Branded business / Manufacturer.
1-2 days per week will be based on site, rest working from home and this role will require someone with a valid driving license and their own car.
The Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive will require experience in scheduling and planning social media campaigns, using CMS (content management system) and have experience in uploading and modifying content on websites (Shopify) and Amazon (would be advantageous)
Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive responsibilities include:
1. Brand - support Director of Marketing create brand strategy & roll out.
2. Manage copy writer schedule & content delivery.
3. Website & Amazon -Plan & manage the timely upload of content & products ensuring full optimisation.
4. Manage all website pricing and promotions.
5. Social - Help lead the development of company social media channels with Digital Marketing Manager.
6. Support development of social media strategy, guidelines & content
7. Manage & deliver marketing & social content calendar.
8. Identify and develop collaborations with relevant brands and partners, in line with brand strategy, to grow brand awareness and trial.
9. Schedule all posts and manage day-to-day posting & comments.
10. Regular reporting of competitor activity & best in class activity
11. Supporting the delivery of social advertising campaigns
12. Set up performance metrics and tracking
13. Lead the development & execution of new LinkedIn & Pinterest channel and identify opportunities for other new social media channel development
14. Influencers - Jointly formulate influencer strategy & plans. Manage influencer programme – continue to identify the right brand influencers, evaluate influencer activity, and create calendar of influencer activity to support marketing objectives in key markets
15. Create calendar of influencer activity to support marketing objectives in key markets and manage all communications with Influencers
16. PR - Support delivery of consumer PR activity, consumer, and trade events
17. Review press releases and organise samples
18. Help formulate PR strategy, POS & Merchandising, Manage stocks
19. Liaise with suppliers & set new ones up
20. Order POS & arrange printing as required
21. Lead role in sourcing, creating & managing all online merchandise to facilitate the ongoing sale of company core product
22. Budget - Raising PO's with Customer Service Advisor
23. Setting up new suppliers
You will ideally be a degree qualified / equivalent Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive with experience in scheduling and planning social media campaigns, using CMS (content management system) and have experience in uploading and modifying content on websites (Shopify) and Amazon (would be advantageous)
You will be able to demonstrate resilience, a can-do attitude with an inquisitive nature. The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment and a clear appreciation of “Brand” and the fundamental role it plays.
