Hunter are working closely with a well established manufacturing company, after a busy year so far they’re looking for an experienced sales manager to join the team, someone that has demonstrated developing a small team, generating new business and driving revenue.
Job Description:
1. Reviewing reports on a weekly basis to ensure they’re maintained at budget level
2. Providing reports on KPIs, quotes, new business
3. Being responsible for the annual sales budget
4. Identifying new opportunities with new customers
5. Cross sell group capabilities within existing customer base
Experience & Skills:
6. Strong commercial knowledge
7. Proven track record of leading and developing a team
8. Experienced background in the manufacturing sector
