We are seeking an Import/Export Administrator to join our Exeter team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating communication between various departments, sub-contractors, and customers to ensure the seamless flow of data and information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily contact with customers to assess their service requirements.
- Ensure customer and partner parameters are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Liaise with transport teams and partners to communicate customer needs and proactively address any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit customs documentation accurately.
- Complete all administrative tasks, including pricing and costing, with precision.
- Input all relevant information into the system accurately.
- Print all manifests and ensure all paperwork meets customer and partner specifications.
- Assist with trailer planning by closely collaborating with colleagues and partners.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
