Reablement and Care Support Worker
Job description
Do you love getting to know people, spending time with them and working as part of a group/team? Do you enjoy working within your local community and enjoy knowing you are making a difference in people’s lives, and making a positive difference in the world, however small this may be?
We are looking for empathetic, warm and friendly characters who have a flexible approach to their work, are a good problem solver, honest and trustworthy with a ‘can do’ attitude to join us in our Reablement and Care Worker roles.
You will be part of a team proving care and support for Powys residents to live well in a place of their choice, doing what matters to them.
You must be self-motivated, proactive, a good listener, resourceful, punctual, reliable and a good team worker.
No prior qualifications are needed and we pay a generous mileage allowance.
