Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with both warm and cold clients across our specialised sectors to understand their recruitment needs.
* Team Collaboration: Partner with our skilled team of labor managers to meet client requirements efficiently and effectively.
* Business Development: Stay informed on industry trends and developments in engineering, logistics, energy, and office support to drive new business.
* Desk Management: Take ownership of your desk by making canvass calls, conducting site visits, and maintaining engagement with head offices.
