* Demonstrate Microsoft/Excel skills
Job Description
A competitive salary between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is on offer for this role, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing numerous financial transactions on client matters
2. Posting payments/receipts and transfers in a timely and accurate manner
3. Setting up Cheques, BACS and TT payments on online banking platforms
4. Allocating funds received into the bank account
5. Ensuring that all client account payments are compliant with company policy
6. Dealing with fee earner queries and helping to resolve issues
7. Ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and AML rules
8. Assisting with bank reconciliations as required
9. Completing ad hoc duties
