What you’ll be doing: Campaigns & Promotions: Support with brainstorming, creation and day-to-day management of campaigns and promotions across the year Website: Working on the website’s CMS to create new pages as part of the Content Strategy, implementing changes in copy and images as well as supporting with day-to-day merchandising updates Blog: Support the content team with additional blogs and propose ideas. Assist with various content projects (e.g. quizzes, surveys, etc); proof-reading SEO: Learn the basics of SEO to help implement the SEO strategy – e.g. meta optimization, internal linking, redirects, broken links, etc CRM: Manage our customer gifts and brochure mailings and assist the CRM manager with various CRM and database tasks Social: Assisting the social media executive with any day to day activity and campaign ideas Reporting: Assist the Marketing team with reporting using tools such as Google Analytics Affiliates: Work on our Affiliate program, reaching out to new and supporting current partners to maximise bookings and process commissions PR & Influencers: Support with PR requests, press / influencer trips and partnership campaigns Projects: Work on specifically assigned marketing projects What you need (Skills & Experience) Interest in Marketing and travel Excellent written English – Copywriting skills are essential A creative eye and attention to detail Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise a varied workload Previous experience in a marketing or similar role required
