Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and drive team activities to achieve profitable sales
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

* Manage inventory to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment
* Prepare financial reports
* Negotiate and manage supplier agreements
* Recruit, hire, and supervise staff across business functions
* Develop extensive product knowledge to support staff and advise customers
* Oversee the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing training for current team members
Key Skills Required
* 2+ years of experience in Electrical Wholesale
* Proven success in sales and customer acquisition
* Strong business skills, including budget management, staff development, and training
* Excellent judgment and independent decision-making abilities
* Exceptional leadership and people skills
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Strong negotiation skills
