Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a commited Learning Support Assistant to work on-on-one with children who have special educational needs including autism. This school wants a friendly and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join thier team, located in Heathfield, and support the ages between 11-18. You will be working in partnership with the school's teaching staff and therapists to deliver specific interventions that aim to boost students' learning, development and well-being. You will make a real difference to the lives of the children, gaining vital experience which will enable you to kick-start your future career.
This role will give you essential experience within a challenging yet rewarding setting - career progression routes include SEN Teacher, Occupational Therapist and various Psychology routes.
