Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently supporting our Client, a successful company based in Troon to recruit an Accounts Administrator and join their established finance team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities Include
* Processing of supplier invoices
* Create, check and approve purchase orders
* Daily banking and payment
* Statement Reconciliation
* Process expenses and petty cash
* Support month end
* Monitor, update and track financial data on spreadsheets
* Provide support within the team
Experience Required
* Ideally recent graduate in Accountancy or AAT, HND qualified candidates
* Previous data entry &/or data processing skills
* Excellent accuracy and keen eye for detail
* Confident IT skills, this should include MS Excel
* Able to work in a team environment and support with varied tasks
