Please note this role is located at our Northampton office 4 days per week with the option of WFH 1 day per week.

What you will be doing
-Working with our Product Owners and stakeholders to establish our future product capabilities and define primary requirements
- Perform system analysis of operations and processes that underpin our platform
- Identify system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
- Support the development team through providing detailed specifications, being available for clarification and ensuring considered solution designs are effectively communicated
- Efficiently integrate new features and functionality to the platforms
- Take ownership for finding data and platform risks and suggesting new solutions to address and eliminate these risks
We know that great people learn new things quickly, but to hit the ground running we're looking for the following experience and skills...
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
- Experienced in requirements gathering and determining "as-is" and "to-be" states, creating user stories, journey maps, process flows and wireframes
- You'll be experienced in working on feature requests and prioritising appropriately
- Proficiency in Jira, Balsamiq and Lucidchart
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
- You'll have great interpersonal and consultative skills, able to engage with stakeholders and managing projects
