Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Handler to manage complaints, handle claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely and accurate solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of legal and insurance processes and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

The Role:

* Investigate claims thoroughly, gathering all relevant evidence and documentation.
* Respond to complaints received by the firm professionally and efficiently.
* Resolve disputes effectively and escalate complex matters when necessary.
* Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure claims are aligned with regulatory and policy requirements.
To Qualify:
1. Must have more than 5 years of experience in claims handling, ideally within a law firm or insurance environment.
