In this role, you will actively seek and develop new business opportunities across diverse sectors, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Media, Retail, Travel, Healthcare, and Insurance. After completing FDM's comprehensive sales training, you’ll embark on a rewarding sales journey that offers significant career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
* Contribute to daily stand-ups and regular group sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs on a weekly basis.
* Utilize Salesforce for efficient account management and administration.
* Engage with collaboration and networking tools, including Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn, to enhance client interactions.
* Gather client requirements and source suitable candidates from the FDM Skills Lab.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Graduate Recruitment, University Partnerships, HR, Skills Lab, Technical Coaches, and Sales Management to achieve shared goals.
* Stay informed about industry and sector trends through proactive research.
