Brown & Brown Europe is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial insurance division, you will be responsible for analyzing and progressing small and medium-sized commercial insurance risks for various businesses.
The successful candidate will achieve renewals and new business results, contributing towards team and individual targets, while offering a bespoke high-level service. Key responsibilities include:
* Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention and/or New Business Targets, contributing towards the team's overall budget targets and KPIs.
* Conduct thorough pre-renewal reviews with clients annually, identifying customer needs, highlighting any shortfalls in cover, and advising accordingly.
* Conduct a full insurer/market review for clients and recommend the most suitable policy that protects their needs.
* Invite policies within regulatory guidelines and ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date.
* Review client documentation and ensure accuracy and meets the client's needs.
* Ensure documents are issued within contractual timelines.
* Identify and discuss with clients any recommended and relevant additional covers.
* Manage debt effectively to ensure all monies are collected and allocated appropriately, keeping the line manager informed of any current, potential, or perceived problems with bad debt.
