About the Employment Lawyer role:
For this opening of an Employment Lawyer ideally you will have had previous experience dealing with employment law and providing advice in this area. Our client is open to experience from other sectors, including; private practice and inhouse.
This Employment Lawyer role will provide you with the opportunity to continue with your professional development, deal with a diverse caseload, and contribute to the development of leading practices.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:
* Providing legal advice and support in relation to all areas of employment law
* Dealing with matters including; TUPE, equal pay, unfair dismissal, redundancy
* Representing the organisation at employment tribunals
* Liaising with internal and external clients
