Our superb client with offices based in Rugeley is seeking an experienced Customer Office Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am - 5.00pm. This is a fully office based role.As Customer Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a team who support claims management and service delivery for the business which includes the despatch of technicians across the UK, planning efficient use of workforce, materials and equipment. You will drive consistency, profit and best practice across the division, team meetings. 1-2-1's, performance reviews, training and development of your team to enhance their skills and knowledge, promote continuous improvement, KPI's analysis, identify business vulnerabilities and provide strategic solutions to allow your team to follow.
To be considered for the role of Customer Office Manager, you will have previously overseen a team that have been involved in the routing and despatching of technicians / engineers, insurance or FCA industry experience is highly desirable, you will have excellent communication and staff development skills, experience of continuous improvement, exceptional organisation skills, degree or relevant management qualification are also required.
