On behalf of an established nationwide charity, Pure Care are currently searching for an experienced Service Manager to oversee a fantastic supported-living service for 4 males based in the Bristol area.

* £38,075 per annum
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
* Initial 6 month contract
The company is a leading national charity providing support to young people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. They are seeking an experienced individual on an initial 6 month Interim basis for their service in Bristol. The service consists of 4 separate flats within the building, and as the Manager, you will be responsible for the overall oversight of the home and team.
The service is home to 4 male residents, all with an element of challenging behaviour, and prior experience is required. This role does not require registration with CQC as this is held by the Area Manager.

Supported Living Interim Service Manager Skills/ Experience:
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Registered Managers Award preferred
* Able to demonstrate a track record in leading, motivating, and managing staff to deliver a high standard of care and support to the service users at all times.
* Previous Home Management experience, preferably with clients with learning disabilities
* You will be a motivational and reliable leader to all support workers and other staff within the home.
* Able to regularly liaise with residents and their families to ensure consistent care and support is provided.
