Are you an experienced HV Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to oversee the high-voltage electrical systems for a diverse range of facilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and Manage: Lead a team of electricians, ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of high-voltage (HV) electrical systems within commercial and industrial facilities.
2. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and compliance standards, including HV switching, isolation, and fault-finding.
3. Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
4. Technical Expertise: Oversee repairs, inspections, and upgrades of HV systems, including transformers, switchgear, and distribution networks.
5. Team Training: Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continual improvement in performance and safety practices.
Requirements:
6. Qualifications: Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) - High Voltage Qualification (expired or in date)
7. Experience: Proven track record in supervising HV electrical systems within a facilities maintenance setting.
8. Leadership: Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Problem Solver: Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
10. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
