Engineering Team Leader - Food, £52.5k Engineering Team Leader - £52.5k - Panama Style Shifts - Wakefield I am delighted to be working on behalf of a Food Manufacturer, looking for a Maintenance Shift Team Leader, leading 4 Engineers and driving shift performance for reactive and proactive maintenance across the site. This is a fast-paced manufacturer, with a mix of assets including mechanical, electrical, site services and automation. The newly appointed Maintenance Team Leader will report to the Engineering Manager and assume responsibility for planning, budgets, maintenance schedules, people leadership and development, and much more. This company are willing to put the successful applicant through the CMI lvl5 Management Apprenticeship to help grow your leadership skills and progress your career further. What you'll need to succeed For your application to be successful, you will be an apprentice trained maintenance engineer with an electrical bias. Experience mentoring and leading a small team is desirable and, ideally, you'll have exposure to fast-moving, highly automated environments, such as food, beverages, textiles, cosmetics, pharma, packaging and similar.
