Community Care Worker Dudley £23,497.50 per annum 37.5 hours per week About the role We are seeking to recruit individuals to join our team as a community care worker who is, enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, compassionate, dedicated and wanting to make a difference for people with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for providing person centred support to customers within their homes and local community. The role can be challenging but is equally rewarding due to the varied needs of individual customers we support. Punctuality and reliability are essential to meet the requirements of the role. Experience within social care as well as a good understanding of challenges faced by people with learning difficulties, autism and mental health conditions would be advantageous, as would Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care.
