The Finance function has launched a Finance Transformation programme. The programme has recently commenced with a Discovery phase to aid the scoping and forward planning required to launch a full-scale transformation programme. At the same time there are 3 high priority projects that are commencing simultaneously with the Discovery work.
The requirement is to have a change and communications leader who is responsible for supporting the early priority deployments as well as leading on Change and Communications for the broader programme within Finance and across the business as the scope of the programme dictates

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Change Management and Communications Lead, you'll be doing the following:
* Identify requirements and deliver the Change Training and Communications approach tailored to the Transformation programme
* Lead and manage the Communications across the programme drawing in the relevant speakers as necessary to deliver the relevant messages incl. keeping the business informed through status briefings such as Townhalls / All hands calls etc
* Lead and manage Finance relevant communication beyond the Finance function drawing attention to the opportunities to improve and ways to do so as relevant.
* Lead and manage the trainers and the training agenda in support of the programme scope that is aligned to the overall Finance strategy and People agenda. This may include engaging delivery partners.
* Deliver a community of users within and outside of Finance prepared for go-live across the scope of the programme
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and engagement skills across the business incl. at C-level
* An expert in change management including stakeholder management with a record of delivering enduring change in Finance.
* The skill and understanding to be able to translate project plans and objectives into relevant, actionable change oriented scope, plans and deliverables
* The skill to challenge and validate scope identified by the Finance leads and their teams to ensure it is comprehensive
* The skill to identify metrics that serve to demonstrate delivery and anchoring of change
* Excellent influencing and communication skills to work with, direct and influence GPO’s and their teams, project managers and work stream leads within the programme
