They are currently looking for experienced Mental Health Support Workers to work as Bank Workers to cover leave and sickness within their new Safe Harbour site in Woking.
Salary: £15.90
Hours: 9am – 6pm (the service is open 7 days a week so we are open to your availability but some availability over a weekend would be ideal)

Location – Woking
The Safe Harbour provision in Woking is a new mental health support facility. It offers a 6 week referral only non-clinical service from 9am – 6pm, 365 days a year for those aged 18 and over.
The aim of the Safe Harbour is to provide service users with a programme of support and psycho-social education tailored around an individuals circumstances and needs as identified in their support plan which: Reduces the frequency and severity of mental health crises these users may experience and provides them with alternative strategies for de-escalation when they do reach crisis.

Our ideal applicant will have/be;
Experience working within the mental health field is essential
Experience of group work would is desirable
Knowledge of safeguarding legislation
Experience delivering person centred interventions relating to mental health
Confidence to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Robust professional boundaries
