ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role:
We are currently have exciting opportunity position Health and Safety advisor to predominantly work within their Facades division working on mixture of Data Centre, Re-cladding and New Build projects in the London / Home Counties area.
You’ll be reporting to the H&S Director and working in partnership with each Project Manager of up to 8 Live projects. You’ll be in control of managing your own time / diary and will be based onsite with occasional meetings at their Head office in Buckinghamshire.

1. Helping with Pre-construction identifying safety requirements
2. Preparing safety procedures at pre-construction
3. Delegating processes to Project Managers
4. Preparing RAMS and Safety documents
5. Overseeing Sub-Contractors and Quality
6. Client Meetings
7. Working alongside H&S Director
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
IOSH, NEBSOH OR H&S Qualification preferred, but essential as my client is prepared to invest in training and qualifications.
Essential is Façade and Cladding experience, so someone who has progressed from the tools and into Site Management with good H&S understanding and management skills, will be preferred.
Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and keen to progress your career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.
