The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for members a suite of European Leaders to join our team. This role is accountable for supporting meetings, coordinating meeting schedules, agenda, slide decks, minutes and actions tracking. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days of site presence in our Lutterworth Head Office.
What we’re looking for
1. Experience of operating in a PA role.
2. Track record of developing strong relationship with business leaders and functional leaders
3. Track record of success delivery; on time and to a high standard
4. Able to collaborate and build partnership with many different stakeholders
5. A positive individual who has a “can do” attitude
6. Very good Communication skills, both spoken and written
7. Project Management and Change Management skills
8. Strong Time and Priorities Management skills
9. Sound knowledge of using PowerPoint, Teams, Yammer and willingness to learn new digital platforms.
How you will thrive and create an impact
10. Map out detailed plans, room bookings, schedules, order refreshments, notify site receptions etc.
11. Manage team pages, posts on Yammer, update Avantor connect
12. Facilitate live events (for example UK townhalls) driving the slides, functionality, recording.
13. Building professional relationship with the range of stakeholders; both senior leaders and associates.
14. Building trust that you will delivery of the support required.
15. Be part of multiple teams including the PA network, the business team (eg; UK Senior Leadership Team) and UK HR team
16. Manage projects that support the business and HR in line with your development goals.
