The role
is part-time, flexible and can be nearly fully remote (occasional face-to-face time would be ideal, but we will be realistic with the practicalities of geography). The firm is based in Somerset House in Central London, but most of the team work remotely.
The duties will be supporting the business owner in the delivery of work. They will include managing deadlines, supervising and co-ordinating staff, including reviewing their work, liaison with clients and third parties, and, where needed, doing some of the work itself (we all muck in).
We are open minded to someone who is looking for their first job with managerial duties, or a more experienced manager, hence the wide range in salary.
The hours can be negotiated, but we ideally looking for someone who can work three to four days per week spread over the week, for example, it could be 9:30 - 14:30 on Monday to Friday or 10:00 - 16:00 on Monday to Thursday.
We are a small but fast-growing firm, so the person joining has a real opportunity to help shape the business and influence decisions ( choices on the implementation of tech), while getting exposure to more responsibility than at a larger firm.
