What you'll be doing:
Front and centre of our Global business strategy, Business Consulting is a rapidly growing area of NTT DATA in the UK and Europe. Our Business Consulting Directors have a hugely valued skill set to and play a significant role in our success helping our teams and clients with establishing advisory in digital and organisational transformation; defining and implementing strategy; applying design thinking, business analysis and process re-engineering to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Combining strong consultancy and industry background, our we demonstrate outstanding core consultancy values, leading our clients in design, delivery and governance of end-to-end change programmes from inception through to successful completion.
Activities also include:
1. Helping our clients to identify and implement the organisational culture they need to deliver strategic objectives,
2. Equipping and supporting individuals and wider teams to fully realise the people and business benefits of transformational change
3. Applying human-centred design methods to business challenges to identify opportunities to unlock value through shaping new products and services, optimised operations and better customer and employee experiences
4. Defining what is needed to deliver the value product owners seek and ensure that the planned changes deliver tangible value and measurable benefits, building our practice to keep ahead of the curve, and growing those around us to be at the tip of the spear in the industry
What experience you'll bring:
5. At least 12 years experience in a managerial role, either in consulting or industry.
6. Recent experience working with clients in the Public Safety and Defence areas including Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Policing and Defence.
7. CMgr or ChMC qualifications are preferred
