What do the business do?
Supporting businesses across a variety of sectors with corporate healthcare cash plan programmes, helping their employees to claim money back on health expenses such as dental, optical and prescription charges.
They currently support football clubs, FMCG companies & more with a variety of plans that range in their level of support - with a current UK turnover exceeding £7 million.
What will I be doing?
Once up and running as a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will be to drive new business. You will reach out to decision makers, typically within human resource teams, looking to generate sales pipeline.
The role will predominantly client-facing, going to meet decision makers in person, with the internal element of the role based working from home - candidates will be provided with a full tech stack to do so.
This is an entry level role, with full training provided both internally and through BMS Performance's sales training programme. You won't be working towards a sales target until summer 2025, with the first few months based around learning, development & coaching.
Success in the role could open up progression opportunities within the first 18 months, with a variety of development routes available across the business.
Who are they looking for?
The nature of this role being client-facing demands a mature approach. You'll be set up with all the training & support possible, but once up and running you'll have a level of responsibility around organising meetings and managing your diary.
It's a sales role, so relationship building is important! Someone that is confident with new people & at ease conversationally will do well.
Being target driven and resilient is also extremely important, this role will have tricky days without a doubt, but the rewards are there for those who persevere through them!
What is the package offered?
6. £27,053 basic salary
7. £34,400 OTE (Uncapped)
8. £6k company car allowance per year
9. 25 days holiday + bank holidays (holidays increase with terms of service)
10. Full BMS sales training programme
