Are you a Customer Success Manager with experience in FinTech, InsurTech, SAAS or Software House? We are supporting a growing software company to hire a full time permanent Customer Success Manager to join their team based in Horsham. This role is a key functionality to the business and offers hybrid working with only 2 days per week required on site. Key Responsibilities for the Customer Success Manager: - Taking on 12 clients based both in the UK and Overseas - Develop, grow and build relationships with clients to build activity on the accounts - Operational reviews of client accounts, getting feedback from clients on system performance and optimisation - Being the point of contact for any issues, resolving or escalating where required - Monthly service reviews, monitoring SLAs, Support requests and system performance - Quarterly face to face meetings Key Skills for the Customer Success Manager:- Experience working in a similar role - Previous experience working within FinTech, InsurTech, SAAS or Software House- Exceptional client management and relationship building - Unmatched communication skills Please apply as directed!
