Position: Year 6 Teacher in Wetherby

1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
4. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of student performance and classroom activities.
6. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting mutual respect and discipline.
7. Organise and participate in extracurricular activities to enhance student development.

Requirements:
13. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

18. Ability to create a stimulating learning environment and manage a classroom effectively.
19. Commitment to continuous professional development
20. Possess an Enhanced DBS check or be prepared to obtain one through Randstad.
21. Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
