A dynamic and experienced CRM Manager is needed to join the marketing team of a leading global organisation. What You’ll Be Doing?
* Lead Acquisition & Management: Drive new leads into the sales funnel through targeted outreach campaigns and champion initiatives to increase engagement with key offerings, such as webinars.
* Data-Driven Insights: Utilise Salesforce to provide in-depth reporting on CRM activities, implement a sophisticated lead scoring system, and support automation across the customer journey.
* Application Replication: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive processes that replicate successful applications across global markets, ensuring consistency and maximising opportunities.

* Proven experience using Salesforce within a marketing context.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
