We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to Working across our website, email marketing and CRM technology platforms this role oversees the workflow and service delivery of BAU work within the team, while having ownership of delivering improvements and projects to help the deliver the firms digital strategies. The role involves collaborating with other teams (CRM Tech, Press Office, design, content creation, Events), ensuring a single joined-up approach of any activity and / or advice to stakeholders.
The role is based in the UK but involves working closely via email and calls with colleagues and external suppliers around the UK and in our international offices.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview:
1. Ownership of allocated elements of our platforms (., front-end design, languages): Working with stakeholders to understand their objectives Identifying and / or advising of best practice solutions and improvements Project managing any resulting work – identifying stakeholders, building relationships, co-ordinating content updates, design, or development.
2. Proactive in identifying other improvements to help deliver the firm’s strategy.
3. Monitoring, reporting and resolution of issues which occur across our platforms (., front and back-end availability, platform bugs, SEO)
4. Assisting and providing cover in managing supplier relationships
5. Triaging of team enquiries, chairing daily stand-up, and allocating work to relevant team members
6. Monitoring workflow and compliance with team processes and guidance, ensuring timely responses are provided, work is completed to a high standard and any issues are resolved / escalated where appropriate. Identifying work that may not be consistent with the firm’s strategy identifying solutions and persuading stakeholders to bring contributions ‘on-strategy’.
7. Maintaining and updating of processes, guides, and checklists
8. Supporting the team assistants with their learning and in their responses to stakeholders
9. Minimum 5 years' digital marketing experience across a range of digital marketing disciplines.
10. French, German, Spanish or Chinese language skills are desirable
