About the role
We have a new opportunity for an Operational Performance Analyst to join our team in Oldham on a full-time permanent basis, hybrid working available.
As the Operational Performance Analyst you will be aligned to Guinness Property and will be responsible for providing regional and consolidated operational performance MI and analysis of property conditions to the business to enable effective and timely decision-making.
This Analyst role will ensure high quality information is readily available and accessible to the business for inclusions in reports, presentations, and other communications. You will produce reports, based on objective findings and analysis, and the data will be used to inform decision-making across the wider business in order to improve services and customer satisfaction.

You will not only be an experienced Analyst, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to contribute ideas to create efficiencies and improvements. Knowledge of social housing is highly desirable. You will also be able to demonstrate the below essential skills and experience:
1. Good understanding and experience of data analysis and delivering performance reports.
2. Good skills and knowledge of techniques and software for data analytics.
3. Experience of working in teams and alone to produce quality evidence-based reports to fixed deadlines.
4. Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
5. Proven ability to provide accurate and clear responses to routine customer enquiries - in writing, face to face or by telephone.
6. Excellent oral and written communications.
7. Microsoft Office and Power BI specialist.
8. Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.
Essential Qualifications
1. Microsoft and/or business intelligence related professional certification or equivalent experience

1. Prince2
