RAC have an exciting and unique opportunity to appoint a Marketing Executive with end-to-end campaign management and communications experience, to join our Marketing Team on a permanent basis. We offer a flexible hybrid model – working three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.

You will be part of a successful team supporting the delivery of new customer acquisitiontarget. Your role will be to create and delivercompelling and effective marketing plans and campaigns.
What You'll Do...
In this role you’ll be responsible for marketing our breakdown products to new customers via digital channels:
1. Work closely with our in-house studio team to create highly effective direct response designs.
2. Lead campaign delivery across key digital channels.
3. Manage the end to end process including sign off for all communications, giving clear reporting to all stakeholders on progress and delivering to deadlines.
4. Evaluate campaigns, review against KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimisation.
5. Budget management, including raise Purchase Orders, approval of estimates, invoices and reconciliation of monthly costs.
What you'll need...
We’re looking for someone with previous marketing experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced organisation, client or agency-side. Along with this you will have a good understanding of:
6. On and offline marketing comms e.g. email, social, digital content, DM, SMS,.
7. Experience in managing your own campaigns and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
