Prospero Teaching are seeking to appoint a dedicated and dynamic Sixth Form Learning Mentor to join a growing team at a technical college in Warrington. The successful candidate will join a highly effective and diverse team who provide unwavering support for the young people. The post holder will play a pivotal role in supporting Sixth Form learners, aiding in their academic and holistic development. Acting as both a mentor and a role model, you will implement strategies to enhance aspirations and academic achievement, and guide students towards higher education and future success.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
10. Recent Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher
11. Previous experience working in a UK school
12. Recent experience working in a pastoral capacity
13. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however, training can be provided)
14. Up to date prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training can be provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
15. Hold Right to Work in the UK
16. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
17. Provide two professional child related references
