We're hiring for a Sourcing Manager to cover the EMEA region, that will have a multitude of responsibilities across material sourcing, procurement, and expenditure. As a Sourcing Manager - EMEA you can expect to: Develop plans for EMEA in alignment with the global strategy and market conditions. Define and manage the supplier performance reviews and audits. Be responsible for the indirect spend of the manufacturing sites across EMEA. Develop, implement, and manage the supplier relationship management program. Train, coach, and develop relevant staff within the regional team. Create and develop multi-year strategies, collaborating with the internal team as well as suppliers. But what's in it for you ? So, what do you need to be considered? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management). 5 years experience in procurement or relevant field. Experience leading global / international procurement initiatives. Experience in the same / similar industry is highly preferable. Ability to travel on occasion for supplier audits and visits.
