We are looking for a Park Warden to join a dynamic and motivated team at an award-winning, luxury lodge park near Penrith.
This is a full-time, permanent role which will involve supporting the other Park Wardens, the Park GM, guests, and holiday home owners, whilst also contributing to the day-to-day operation of the Park. This includes various caravan, lodge, and chalet repairs, plumbing-in new units, and ensuring that the park and grounds are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Support Park Wardens and management
2. Conduct repairs and maintenance
3. Maintain park and grounds standards
4. Provide Out of Hours Support cover
Required Attributes:
* Enjoy working as part of a team as well as on their own
* Good knowledge and experience of plumbing and general repairs and maintenance
* High level of inter-personal skills and a good communicator
* Self-motivated and flexible with a positive attitude
* Focused on delivering a high standard of work
* A ‘hands-on’ approach and ‘can-do’ attitude for day-to-day issues
* Able to adapt quickly to situations as they arise with a sense of urgency
* Organised, hardworking, and conscientious
* Great attention to detail
* Full, clean Driving Licence
* Previous holiday park experience desirable but not essential
