Primary Purpose & Scope:
As a Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development of marketing materials that highlight our innovative solutions. You'll work closely with various teams to create assets that engage internal and external audiences. You aim to support the Commercial teams in driving sales and strengthening relationships with key external partners, including clients, brands, and licensing collaborators.
This position offers hands-on experience, opportunities to build relationships with influential clients and partners, and the chance to drive our commercial success while gaining recognition for your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with the Reward Development team to craft marketing assets that differentiate our reward solutions, making them easier for local markets to sell.
1. Regularly collaborating with the Group Insight Manager and their team to ensure that relevant data-driven insights inform the creation of marketing assets and the planning of launches for our new solutions, brand/license partners, and sustainability capabilities.
2. Working closely with the Brand, License, and Entertainment teams to support the development of pitch content, including marketing narratives and assets.
3. Assisting senior marketing team members in the planning, creation, and execution of large TCC events, both internal and external, such as sales meetings, Loyalty Forums, client showcases, and solution launches.
4. Developing marketing content for our own IP brands, to be used across various platforms such as websites, social media, and presentations.
5. Managing the upload and updates of marketing content in our CMS, Seismic.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of marketing experience and ideally hold a degree in a related field. You should be able to demonstrate expertise in:
6. Copywriting and content creation for impactful sales and marketing materials
7. Digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy
8. Leveraging market trends and insights to develop engaging content for internal and external audiences
9. Collaborating with internal teams, such as development and design, to produce high-quality marketing assets
10. Successfully managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
11. Digital marketing initiatives such as social media, paid advertising, or content marketing (preferred but not essential)
Key Relationships:
12. Internal: Collaborate closely with several internal teams, including Reward Development (Category Management, Product Design), Brands, Licenses & Entertainment, Omnichannel (data and digital), and Graphic Design.
13. External:Engage with third-party agencies as required for external events, activation support, design, or website management.
