We have taken an extremely rare position for a leading domiciliary and live in care agency based in the Bedford area.
The role will be at Care Management level but you will not be responsible for holding the CQC registration.
The opportunity will suit an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager or Senior Care Coordinator, looking for an exciting new career. We will be considering more senior candidates looking for a better work life balance.
The role is varied and will encompass; business development & marketing, leading the care team, HR, learning & development and overseeing the quality and compliance of care services provided.
We would ideally like candidates to have their level 5 in health & social care, but we will also consider outstanding applicants with thier level 3.
You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle.
This care business currently has a steady client base and regular care hours, however, the growth opportunity is huge so we want people who want to join this journey and help create something special!
We are advertising this role with a large salary bracket of £30,000 - £40,000 due to the diversity of candidates we are considering. There is also a host of lucrative benefits on offer.
