Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operations Director to oversee account-based operations for a global technology organization. This role entails managing operational activities across an EMEA portfolio spanning over fifty countries and 2.7 million square feet. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities: Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for the designated account. Operations Oversight: Manage and optimize day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, adherence to processes, and implementation of best practices across seven sub-regions. Performance Management: Set clear performance goals for the team and monitor progress. Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness and identify opportunities for performance improvements. Financial Management: Partner with finance teams to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Ensure financial performance remains within a 1% variance and identify areas for cost optimization. Process Improvement: Evaluate operational processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, streamline workflows, and boost productivity. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of over 200 professionals, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Client Satisfaction: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. Ensure exceptional service delivery and act as the escalation point for client-related issues, providing clear and timely communication. Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, focusing on growth and operational excellence within the account. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations, ideally within the commercial real estate industry. Strong account management skills with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. Expertise in operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and driving efficiency. Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and mentor a high-performing team. Strong financial acumen, including experience in budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
