Canon EMEA are looking for someone with experience in Product Development or Sales Engineering. The successful Sales Engineer will have relevant skills such as optical,, mechanical, electrical, software technology. You will lead pre-sales, technical support and create solutions to maximize the sales figures of ITCG (Imaging Technologies& Communications Group), along with collecting market information and providing analysis on technology trends.

What we ask
15. Lead pre-sales activities for Imaging products and develop customers mainly from professional and B2B fields in EMEA.
16. Lead Technical & Engineering support and provide customers with the best solutions cooperating with Canon HQ and 3rd manufacturers.
17. Support product launching activities from a technical point of view. Support for marketing asset creation, internal training and new product testing.
18. Collect market information and technical trend in EMEA region. Summarise customers’ requirements and provide feedback to Canon HQ.
19. New product development activities from Canon Europe. Hardware and software development internally, including cooperation with external company.
20. Proceed integration with 3rd party products to meet the customer’s demands and expand the product ecosystem.
21. Support Exhibitions from a technical point of view. Planning the contents of exhibitions, devise technical configurations, support sales activities on site.
You will need
As a Sales Engineer you will have/be:
22. Sufficient knowledge and skills of optical, mechanical, electrical, software technology.
23. Knowledge and experience of Product Development or Sales Engineering.
24. Familiar with the imaging products and industry.
25. Capable of continuously assimilating technical, marketing & sales information through self-study to aid analysis and problem solving.
26. Capable of dealing with the different needs of a culturally diverse market.
27. Capable of decision making through logical investigation and analysis.
28. Fluent in English, other European languages are beneficial
