We are looking to appoint a caring and compassionate RMN to work in one of the mental health Trusts in London
Description:
1. Develop therapeutic relationships alongside service users and carers to motivate and influence service users drive for recovery
2. Collaborate with others to ensure the delivery of safe and clinically effective care
3. Apply skilled and meaningful interventions based on assessed needs
4. Maintain contemporaneous records and care plans for service users
Skills and experience:
5. Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current Pin Number
6. The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits and demonstrate integrity in your role
7. Well informed of the Mental Health Act & understand latest nursing practices
8. A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage and reduce risk
9. Compassion, resilience and a dedication to empower and support service user independence
10. The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
11. An interest in leadership, research and assessment
12. Ward specific experience e.g. PICU
