3. Flexible shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner service including weekend working (5 days per week)

Requirements
6. Quality experience in a fresh food environment
7. A desire to gain experience and the passion for learning to create rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredients.
8. Ability to work flexible shifts. 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, your choice.
9. Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment.
10. Team player with an ability and desire to contribute to the teams success.
11. Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
