Customer Technical Manager
Working with an industry leading supplier of fresh salads based in the UK, our client is a dynamic and customer focused business that pride themselves on delivering superb quality and outstanding service to all their customers. Due to continued on-going developments, there is now a vacancy for a major retail-facing Customer Technical Manager. The successful candidate will be part of the Technical team located in Kent.
The Job
To provide technical expertise and support across all business areas and particularly on allocated customers and products. Ensure consistent high standards of compliance to customer standards, specifications and relevant legislation. Develop and sustain productive relationships with key personnel within allocated customers and promote company capabilities. Support the development and delivery of the customer strategy.
