My client is a well-established construction company who are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team.
The ideal candidate must have strong administration skills, be highly organised, and be happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Project Administrator, your duties will include:
1. Setting up job files
2. Attending site meetings and taking minutes
3. Maintaining internal systems with live updates
4. Liaising with sub-contractors and Project Managers
As a Project Administrator, you will have the following skills:
1. Previous administration experience is essential
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
4. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
