Responsibilities:
Maintain credit exposure for live accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely actions.
Open new credit accounts, following established procedures and performing necessary verifications.
Post the daily banking transactions with precision and in adherence to financial guidelines.
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolutions.
Raise credit notes when necessary.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly invoice runs, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with various depots, directors, and customers to address financial matters effectively.
Allocate payments accurately, ensuring records are updated promptly.Requirements:
