Nene Education Trust Schools are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our specialized SEN unit. In this rewarding role, you will support students with a range of additional needs, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to each child's unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group support to students with special educational needs.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
Assist with classroom management and encourage positive behavior.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:
Experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs, is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
