A financial services organisation based in Brighton, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative on a 12 month fixed term contract. A highly regarded institution with modern offices and a flexible approach to work; In this role you will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and wider team of 15 employees.
Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the financial sector and gain exposure to multiple departments. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls and emails from customers, resolving queries whilst using the CRM system to look up and update information. A highly regulated environment, you will work within GDPR and FCA regulations.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of 6 days a month in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an office-based customer service role with good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM. You'll live within amutable distance of Brighton and be available to start immediately (or on short notice).
