Job Description:
As a Commissioning Manager at End Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the commissioning process of our projects in line with CIBSE Code M. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of systems, equipment, and processes, delivering high-quality results to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading the commissioning team and providing clear guidance and support throughout the project.
* Developing and managing integrated MEP Commissioning Programmes to mitigate risk to completion.
* Developing and implementing commissioning plans and strategies to meet project objectives.
* Chair and minute a variety of selected commissioning meetings and prepare a comprehensive set of meeting minutes, risk registers and actions log.
* Manage and track commissioning progress, method statements status and witnessing activities using End Systems bespoke CxM Management Tool EndTrack.
* Conducting design reviews and carrying out commissionability reviews of the MEP Services.
* Writing test scripts for Integrated Systems Tests (ISTs), Resilience Testing and SCOP.
* Conducting inspections, testing, and verification to ensure systems and equipment perform according to design specifications with the inclusion of high-level SAT Reports.
* Identifying and resolving technical issues or deficiencies during the commissioning process.
* Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
* Preparing comprehensive commissioning reports, monthly progress reports and documentation.
* Maintaining high working standards to drive repeat business for future commissioning management projects as part of Key Account Management.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Proven experience in commissioning management.
* Desirable to hold a CSA Commissioning Specialist Association Grade 5 or above.
* Desirable to have obtained and completed the CSA ITCM Course (Introduction to Commissioning Management).
* Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, systems, and standards. CIBSE / BSRIA / BREEAM.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with project management software and tools.
* Familiarity with CIBSE Code M and Project Management / Deliverables.
