Bourne End Dental has a fantastic opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team. The person we are looking for needs to be an enthusiastic, people oriented individual. Experience of working in a dental practice with a demonstrated history of promoting dental services. You will be responsible for the patient journey from onset to completion of treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
12. Serve as the primary liaison between the dental team and patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
13. Utilise your experience as a Treatment Coordinator to effectively communicate treatment plans, financial information, and appointment scheduling to patients.
14. Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate and manage treatment schedules, ensuring optimal patient care and clinic efficiency.
15. Demonstrate proficiency in dental software systems to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
16. Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is essential.
17. Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing related content is highly desirable.
18. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive patient experience.
20. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse dental team.
21. Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office applications.
22. A can-do attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
