Nursing Home Manager
Salary circa: £62,000.00 per annum
37.5 hours per week

The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our 60-bed nursing home, which provides exceptional care and accommodation to elderly individuals.
As a result of a recent vigorous improvement plan, our home has made significant strides in the quality of care and services we provide.
Wehave achieved fantastic outcomes and are now looking for a manager who shares our enthusiasm for continuous improvement, is eager to build on our success and driven to lead our team into a bright and successful future.

What we need from you:
* Proven experience in managing a similar-sized nursing home or managing a large care team in a similar setting.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards related to care homes, including CIW and Welsh Government regulations.
* Ability and experience in building and maintaining relationships with important stakeholders, including CIW, Local Authorities, Local Health Boards, residents, families, and carers.
* Experience in business planning and risk management, and understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
* Experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, development, and performance management
* RGN / RMN Qualified
* QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or NVQ level 4 in Management in Care
